Shipment is normally made by DHL or UPS. Tracking information will be advised.

Shipping: Less than £80.00: £5.40 (£4.50 + VAT); £80 and over FREE

Export customers (outside of the UK), please note:

Minimum retail export order value (excluding shipping) of £140 / ~150 Euro (the IOSS threshold).
Minimum trade export order value (excluding shipping) of £80 / ~85 Euro.
Export terms: DPU – Delivered At Place Unloaded, customer liable for any import duty, taxes and customs clearance.
At dispatch, we will email you the amended invoice and packing list as used for customs.
For customs and ensure prompt delivery, where possible advise in the order notes personal Identifiers, such as a Tax ID, Citizen Number, or EORI Number.
Our normal carrier is UPS using their Carbon Neutral service.
